I've been co-ordinating a forest garden (food forest or edible landscape) on some public land for the past 4 years. This is mostly voluntary. So its just something I do. I just feel that I can't spend my time not doing stuff that really matters and I'm most interested in continuing to work with the land, building my skills knowledge and experience to do this well. To quote a teacher in regenerative agriculture, my client is gaia.
Joanna's 'getting stuff done' manifesto
I'm a permaculture designer and edible landscaper. I run a forest garden (a 'food forest' or 'designed edible landscape') on some public land in Leeds.
I run a small edible perennial plant nursery, and am part of a workers' coop looking to produce gourmet and medicinal mushroom spawn.
I'm interested in permaculture, edible landscaping, forest gardening, regenerative agriculture, eco-psychology, reconnecting with nature, co-ops and guerrilla gardening.
