CSASS is a support service, helping and caring for survivors of rape and sexual abuse. The charity has recently hit the headlines for enabling their users to contact them using a Live Chat tool on their website, and received high praise for a multitude of projects delivered in the city in recent years.
But their name is either a confusing acronym, or long-winded. This causes issues when explaining to victims how to find their website for more information (their website is www.csass.org.uk), and it just doesn't describe what they do. They have also struggled to find a clear, compelling message for each of their services. And depending on their new name, may benefit from a strap line too.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Be part of the gang who helps this amazing organisation redefine what they're called, and how they speak to the people who need their services and support what they do (donors etc). By doing so you will help their users more easily find CSASS and the help they offer.
