I have worked judging new social innovation ideas and helping build teams around them for almost three years at the RSA. I have a particular interest in prisons, but thanks to the ideas submitted by 700-odd of the RSA's 27,000 Fellows, I have an interest in pretty much every social problem. Prior to that I worked on public spending at the Treasury so know a bit about what services are out there. And before that I worked on a project researching social innovation and methods to achieve it at the Young Foundation.
