I'm a great listener and can ask laser questions to help people find their own clarity.
I've been told I give really great feedback, along with a big dose of encouragement.
I also have editing, brainstorming + writing powers (and I love to crunch numbers too).
Oh, and I often enjoy the jobs most people find boring or mundane: sorting through piles of stuff, double-checking data, cleaning up after an event ... (once I get in the zone, these things are bliss).
