Some companies out there are just in it for money and power...there also needs to be a balance. Doing something for nothing creates a sense of humility and makes people aware that just because you don't have the money, doesn't mean you cannot get something done and done well. Just a bit of effort and team work for free can go just as far as paying thousands of pounds...it's also a lot of fun :)
