Mignon, Your Counsellor
I have helped many people to overcome a whole range of emotional difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression and problems in relationships.

I am a professional integrative counsellor. I draw from a range of counselling skills including psychodynamic, gestalt and creative techniques, transactional analysis (TA), humanistic and existential modalities.

I have a person-centred approach which means that I consider it important that the client is central to the counselling process.

I am a member of the BACP, committed to the principles of the ethical framework, professional conduct standards & guidance for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy.

I am committed to my own personal self-development which also informs my professional development and counselling practice.

I also engage with regular supervision.
