We're back.

A room in a Pub

Full of smart folk

Some ale

Some tunes

And one challenge

From an innovative start up trying to solve stuff that matters..

It's Good for Nothing in a pub

And this month, it' s God for Nothing

sort of....

Sunday Assembly, all the best things about going to church but without the religious bit...

The Sunday Assembly is a godless congregation that meets on the first Sunday of every month to hear great talks, sing songs and generally celebrate the wonder of life.

It’s a service for anyone who wants to live better, help often and wonder more.

Started as an experiment (we love experiments), Sunday Assembly has clearly struck a massive chord with folk around the world, as well as queues around the block at their London session, they've had over 300 contacts from around the world wanting to start Sunday Assembly

The challenge now is how to harness all this energy and help develop a system for Sunday Assembly to grow and spread

So here's four things Sunday Assembly really need some help with right now and will be the focus of the Good for Nothing in a pub session, they're all interconnected:

Sunday Assembly Everywhere

How to package up the format and make it easy for new local assembly's to pop up and run with it, adding local flavours and building community while still keeping the principles and values of the movement intact?

Communications

People are talking about Sunday Assembly and this is set to increase. What does the communications system look like for Sunday Assembly? Which tools need to be put in place? How best to integrate the streams of content and interactions as it grows?

How does Sunday Assembly talk about itself as it spread and grows a network around the planet?

Sustaining Sunday Assembly London

The first Sunday Assembly in London is thriving, but how can we ensure its long term sustainability?

How to make sure the service serves the community?

How to make sure Sunday Assembly has a positive effect on local people's lives?

Impacts/Indicators

How can we use data to track, measure and communicate the Sunday Assembly effect?

Our sense is it increases happiness, how can we prove that, show that?

What smart simple hack can we do to prototype an impact measurement on the community who attend?

**So we are seeking comms folk, designers, coders, thinkers and tinkerers to help rapidly develop ideas and solutions for Sunday Assembly
